Manaki is the smooth operator: buttery, mildly sweet, with a gentle finish. Super for salads. Pour it raw over tomatoes, feta and warm bread, or anything else that only needs oil and salt.

The olives come from a single organic estate in Ermioni, Argolis, picked by hand and cold-extracted below 27 °C within hours of harvest. This is the 2025/2026 harvest, certified organic in Finland and Greece. Our producer Hermes Dimarakis took Silver for its Estate Organic Manaki at the Athena International Olive Oil Competition 2026.

Every tin is 500 ml of aluminium, which keeps light, air and water out. The unopened ones can wait their turn.
